TCAT Punch Passes

TCAT punch passes were distributed prior to the formation of Tulare County Regional Transit Agency (TCRTA) in 2020. Punch passes left in circulation will not be honored by TCRTA and are not obligated to observe condition sunder which these punch passes were sold. Valid transit passes may be purchased at a TCRTA ticket counter (Tulare Transit Center: 360 N. ‘K’ St., Tulare, CA 93247 and Dinuba Transit Center: 180 E. Merced St., Dinuba, CA 93618).
